African Video Projects
Students were asked to select a country in Africa and create a 2-3 minute news anchor themed video of their African Country. The video format chosen was iMovie and the students utilized a teleprompter and "green screen" techniques in completing this video project. Each group, comprised of about 4 students, had to also share a research Google document to write their script and storyboard. Each project had a script writer, producer, director, camera crew, and teleprompter editor. From the research, filming, and iMovie production, this was student driven project combining history with technology to create a 21st century learning experience.
